Gas safety certificates for Derby letting agents and landlords
Central Gas Safety carries out landlord gas safety certificates (CP12) for letting agents and landlords across Derby. Gas Safe registered business no. 568508. You deal with James — no call centre.
- One property or a whole portfolio. Send a list of addresses and due dates and we will book them in.
- Tenant access where agreed. Give us the tenant's details and we can arrange the visit with them directly.
- Fixed prices. £70 for a gas safety certificate, or £100 with the annual boiler service.
- Digital certificate sent promptly after the check. We can send the certificate to the letting agent and the invoice to the landlord separately.
- Direct agency invoicing. We invoice letting agents directly.
- 12-month reminder. We send a 12-month reminder before the next check or service is due.
